FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the difference between an audit and a limited review?

An audit results in an opinion on the financial statements as a whole, with reasonable assurance. A limited review applies narrower procedures, mainly inquiries and analytical procedures, and results in a limited assurance conclusion.

Is my company required to be audited?

Independent audits are required, among others, for listed companies, regulated institutions and large companies as defined by Brazilian Law No. 11,638/2007 (total assets above R$ 240 million or annual gross revenue above R$ 300 million). Banks, investors and foreign shareholders also often require one.

Do you serve companies that report under IFRS?

Yes. We support IFRS conversion and the preparation of financial statements under that framework, and we offer training courses for finance teams.
